We teach and explore all kinds of meditations. From Buddhist to Christian, from secular to "new age", we believe there's value in all meditative traditions.
In general, we split meditation into 5 categories, and we explore practices in each one. These categories are: Mindfulness, Concentration, Visualization, Contemplation, and Transcendent.
All members are able to ask questions to the community, many of whom are meditation teachers.
All members are also able to ask questions in the Q+A section of the group, which will be answered in the live daily talks and in Q+A sessions with the lead meditation teacher.

He’s been teaching meditation for over 10 years, having taught hundreds of students of all ages from all over the world. His unique approach operates under the belief that everyone can meditate, regardless of age, race, or religion, and everyone just needs to find the style of meditation that resonates with them.
