Hey, I'm Eric Michelson.

I’m the founder and lead meditation teacher of Sit365, a global meditation community designed to transform lives through the power of daily meditation practice.

My meditation journey began in 2009, when I immersed myself in all the spiritual wisdom traditions I could find... from Buddhism to Kabbalah, from Daoism to Christianity, I studied, explored, and practiced it all.

Since then, my quest for understanding has taken me all around the world - I ventured to remote Chinese villages, and I immersed myself deep in the Himalayas; I experienced the vibrant spiritual traditions of the Middle East, and I witnessed sacred rituals of indigenous cultures in South America. This journey wasn’t just about understanding different meditation techniques; it was about uncovering what truly makes both individuals and cultures thrive. The answer, time and again, was simple: Community.

For the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of teaching meditation to hundreds of people from diverse backgrounds and traditions. Despite their differences, they’ve all faced similar challenges - difficulties with focus, lack of commitment, feeling like it's too hard, etc - and together, we developed unique ways to help overcome them.

Sit365 is the culmination of this work. It's a place where meditation meets community to solve problems, foster deep connections, and inspire transformation. Everyone in this community is deeply committed to meditation, to helping you fall in love with the practice, and to building the most vibrant, supportive, and life-changing meditation community ever created.
